Polkerris

Polkerris is a small, secluded cove on Cornwall’s south coast between Par and Fowey, with a short sandy beach sheltered by a curving harbour wall and reached down a narrow lane that keeps it feeling tucked away. There is a well regarded beach cafe and easy access onto the South West Coast Path towards Fowey.

I have one video here so far, a fairly tame Storm Jorge at Polkerris.

When you are ready to plan a visit, my other website, Best In Cornwall, has guides covering parking, beaches, walks, where to eat and where to stay. Here are the ones for Polkerris, covering parking and getting there, things to do, eating, staying and history.
