Marazion
Marazion is one of Britain’s oldest towns, facing St Michael’s Mount across Mount’s Bay. The Mount is a tidal island that you can walk to at low water or reach by boat when the tide is in. The town also has a long sandy beach that is popular for watersports, a high street of independent shops and an easy route along the coast to Penzance.
My Marazion videos include a beautiful spring day on the beach, cycling from Marazion to Penzance on the new cycle path and a virtual bike ride in and around the town.
When you are ready to plan a visit, my other website, Best In Cornwall, has guides covering parking, beaches, walks, where to eat and where to stay. Here are the ones for Marazion, covering parking, things to do, St Michael’s Mount, beaches, walks, eating, staying, history and planning your trip.
