As my car is sitting in the garage I decided to take my bike out and check out the newly reopened cycle path between Marazion and Penzance.
It was blowing a gale and it absolutely piddled down at the end of the ride but I managed to film this video before the rain and hail stopped play.
On my way back you’ll notice that there are a few coastguards and police vehicles near the Penzance bus station. This was due to some ordnance that was found on the beach. The area was cordoned off but I later learned that the ordnance they discovered posed no danger to the public.
At first I assumed that they had found a body but fortunately this wasn’t the case.
I love riding along the cycle path, it’s a great way to combine exercise with some great views along the way.
