At the start of autumn 2020, I visited Kynance Cove on the Lizard Peninsula on a truly stunning day. The golden light, calm seas, and rugged coastline combined to create one of Cornwall’s most picturesque scenes. The air was still, the water was crystal clear, and every view across the cove seemed to shift as the tide moved in and out.

Kynance Cove never fails to impress. Its dramatic cliffs, turquoise waters, and iconic rock formations create a setting that feels both wild and peaceful at the same time. The sound of the waves rolling gently onto the sand and the soft light reflecting off the cliffs made it a perfect day for filming.

Even on a quiet autumn day, the cove exudes that unmistakable Cornish charm that draws visitors from around the world. It is one of those rare places that looks beautiful in every season, but on this particular day, it felt especially magical.
