Polperro is a very quaint and quintessential fishing village a few miles away from Looe in southern Cornwall. It’s a great place to visit at any time of year.

Parking is quite expensive though and it gets very busy (like much of Cornwall during the summer months) We parked in the main car park and paid £5 for three hours.

We then walked past the 14th Century Crumplehorn Inn complete with a fully restored water wheel and slowly made our way past the shops and cafes towards the harbour area. Polperro is known for its smuggling activities in the 18th and 19th centuries. In this video, we walk around the harbour, explore a little and then head back as the weather was not very favorable. We had a pasty and bought a couple of Xmas presents before heading home.
