Pendeen is a captivating spot that I love to visit at any time of year. When the winds rise and the seas turn wild, the view from the cliffs near the iconic Pendeen Watch Lighthouse is simply mesmerising, waves crashing and swirling against the rugged rocks below. I could sit there for hours, watching the restless ocean and capturing the drama on camera.

When the tide retreats, Pendeen reveals a gentler side too. It’s often possible to spot seals lounging on the exposed rocks, soaking up the calm between storms, a perfect reminder of the area’s untamed beauty.
